Return Policy

We carefully inspect and package every book before dispatch.

If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact APSARA L.L. within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs or video of the item and its original packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or an appropriate solution.

Returns or exchanges are not accepted for changes of mind, minor printing variations, or damage occurring after delivery. Signed, personalized, or specially ordered items are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Approved returns must remain unused and in their original condition and packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was made by APSARA L.L.
