WHO IS THE TRAINER?
Mr. VETH Sokhim (Specialties: Administration, HR and Labor Law)
KEY SUMMARIES:
Office management and administration: 14 years experience in administrative department in various sectors such as civil society (NGOs) and private sector (family business, group companies, and multinational companies).
Mr. VETH Sokhim belongs as an adjunct for almost 14-year extensive working experiences in Human Resource, Administration and Operations departments holding the positions of Manager/Head in both local and International NGOs and business companies. He is actively involved in the establishment and delivery of an effective HR and administration capability by providing support across the areas of internal policies development, office management, OSHA, recruitment, induction, training and development, payroll, leave, staff performance management, remuneration review, succession planning, and industrial & employee relations. Sokhim gains senior experiences through his involvement in the organization management team. He was actively involved in developing organization strategic plans, Human Resource and Administrative strategic plans, tools to implement, measuring and evaluating the plans. He is the one obliged for the success of general operating in the entire organization.
Sokhim was a founder of Friends Help Friend Foundation (FHF) in 2009. The foundation’s mission is to build and improve youth capacity in positive thinking toward globalization and environment change. His role is to empower community people, youths, and children to work independently for their community development and prospect careers. Also, he is the co-founder of different businesses either in the educational sector and technology sector.
Many associations, NGOs and business companies invited him to conduct training on Administration, Human Resources Management and Labor Law for hundreds of directors, managers, and staff through his practical experiences. He became a professional trainer to NGOs, government, and businesses for over 7 years and he has been well-known and recognized by many institutions.
