Trainer (MBA in Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Law, Certified HR Leadership, Certified Training Professional, Certfied PI Analyst)

Trainer has more than 23-year diversified working experiences in HR Leadership Roles with Cambodia’s leading commercial bank, multi-national companies, local conglomerate, international NGO, and government. Most of these working experiences have been dedicated to human resources management from very basic operational to strategic managerial levels. He has sound understanding of HR practices applicable for different types of organizations.

Trainer used to be Head of HR for leading commercial bank in Cambodia, Employee Experiences Director and HR Director for Local Conglomerate, Country HR & Office Manager (Country HR Business Partner) for Cambodia and Talent Lead for Emerging Countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Lao, Mongolia & Myanmar )  for a Fortune 500 Global Company. He used to work as Head of HR for local conglomerate, Employee Relations and Organizational Development Manager and HR Business Partner for leading Cambodia’s Mobile Operator, Country HR Officer for International NGO, Country HR Manager for Shipping and Logistics MNC, HR & Administration Manager and Compliance Officer for Garment Facotry and Labor Inspector for the Ministry of Labor and Vocational Training.


He holds a MBA in Human Resources Management from Pannasastra University of Cambodia, Bachelor of Private Law and Diploma of Law Profession (DEJP) from Royal University of Law and Economics and Diploma of Finance from Secondary School of Finance. In addition, he is also Certified Strategic HR Leader, Certified Training Professional, Certified Trainer for Manager Essential Program and Certified Predictive Index Analyst.
